Dr Robert Mills BVSc MRCVS
Dr Rob graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1995. He has worked locally in the area since 2000 and is the principal of the practice. Rob is experienced in both small and large animals, working as a cattle Vet for a number of years in Victoria before heading over to the UK to focus on small animals.
Rob has previously been a Committee Member on the NSW Branch of the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) and is a member of several special interest groups of the AVA, namely the Australian Small Animal Veterinary Association (ASAVA), Cattle Vets, and the Australian Equine Veterinary Association (AEVA).
Dr Rob has a passion for emergency medicine and seeks to specialise in emergency care to improve the outcome with the many cases of tick paralysis, snake bites and poisonings seen in the Coffs Harbour area.
Dr Julia Etel

Julia graduated in early 2003 with first class honours and has been working in the Coffs Coast region since mid 2005. Her passions include complicated medical cases, soft tissue surgery, and emergency and critical care. To broaden her knowledge and experience, Julia worked with the Animal Referral Hospital in Strathfield, Sydney alongside specialists in the Veterinary field.
Julia is committed to keeping up to date with all aspects of Veterinary medicine and is therefore planning to commence a postgraducate course in animal medicine by 2009. Julia currently has a dog, two cats, and a husband to look after! In her spare time Julia can be found in her garden backyard-blitzing or on the beach relaxing.
Kathy Pepper

Kathy is an experienced vet nurse and has been nursing locally for over fifteen years. Her experience and knowledge of the veterinary field is highly valued and is a critical to the success of the practice. She grew up in the area and loves animals in a way that her life revolves around them.
Kathy currently has two dogs, a cat, a Galah and a budgie. She spends her time walking her dogs down the beach and as a surf life saving club member, regularly participating in surf life saving carnivals.
Fiona Simpson

Fiona is a local vet nurse who grew up in the area and has worked in the animal industry for the past thirteen years, as a zoo keeper, with a local boarding kennel, pet grooming and hydrobathing, and caring for and rehabilitating injured wildlife with WIRES. Fiona has worked in the veterinary field for the past six years and has always loved working with animals.
Fiona currently lives on a rural property with her husband and two children. She also has many critters that make up her family including dogs, cats, birds, a lovely old pony, and lots of hens. She has in the past been involved with a local Pony Club. Fiona is a valuable member of the team sharing her years of experience and enthusiasm with the team.
Linda Woodcock
Linda is an experienced Vet Nurse and has been nursing in the local area for 8 years. Prior to becoming a Vet Nurse, Linda gained extensive experience with animals as she was raised on a beef, dairy, and piggery farm. She later went on to own her own dairy farm. Linda now lives in suburbia. however she still owns many pets including a horse, three cats, a dog, and a rabbit. Linda is an avid lover of animals and always ensures she has plenty of four legged friends around her. Linda's experience in office management has been a great win to the practice!

Marcy & Winnie Mills

Marcy is Rob's wife and has assisted as a Vet Nurse, Receptionist and Office Assistance. Marcy currently assists the team in anyway she can help out.
Winnie is Rob and Marcy's first child. Winnie will be two in December 2009. She is a regular visitor at the Surgery and loves all of the animals. Dr Rob hopes to train her as a cattle vet one day!
